  Very accommodating. Nice atmosphere. Polite and attentive staff. Love the tablet for ordering; photos (and suggested wine pairings). Fresh, never frozen salmon. Tasty bread(s). I'm no food critic but my palate likes a little less vinegar and salt. Creme brule' flame-torched right at our table was a fun touch. Delicious dessert. A nice little getaway here in town. Will return. Thank you Cellar.

  The Cellar is the best restaurant in Idaho Falls. Service is always friendly and knowledgeable, the food is creative and delicious, and the weekend and holiday specials are always an adventure in fine dining.
  
  Chef Hewett was trained in the best culinary school in the state, knows his ingredients from all angles, and his presentations are always beautiful as well as delicious.
  
  He will almost always show up at your table during dinner to make sure that your food is to your liking and to answer any questions you may have. He and his staff take great pride in this business and seem to truly care that you are well served and that your time in The Cellar is above your expectations.

  I was so happy to find this gem of a place in ID. Traveling from California, I am never sure what I am going to get from a restaurant. This place was pitch perfect! From the ambiance to their food selection to the service we received, I was pleased with my experience. I tried the pan roasted seafood dish, and it was delicious. Then came the desserts! The butter ice cream sounded odd but tasted heavenly! The carrot cake was amazing and creme brulee was delicious! I can on and on but everyone at our table of 5 enjoyed their food. We left with a smile on our face that can only come from a blissful food coma. Great place!
